As a Professional Registration Advisor, Will guides emerging engineers through their professional accreditation. His current research focuses on sovereign electrochemical production systems—developing distributed technologies that convert domestic resources into critical materials for high-hazard industries. This work is explored in three white papers examining precursor supply chains, critical mineral recovery, and defence sustainability frameworks aligned with the UK's Defence Lines of Development.

Will is pursuing academic collaborations on applied research programmes. His consultancy delivers safety cases, sustainable product development, and scientific writing for energetic materials and high-hazard facilities.
